This product is a brand new high capacity e bike rack battery that can be customized to fit specific needs. The battery uses 100% new cells and has a chemistry of Li(NiCoMn)O2 18650. It has a nominal voltage of either 36v or 48v, and a nominal capacity of 10-20ah. The outer case is made of aluminum and has dimensions of 257*150*147mm.
The battery can be charged in two ways: standard charge and fast charge. The standard charge uses a constant current of 0.2C, constant voltage of 42V, and 100mA cut-off. The fast charge uses a constant current of 0.5CA, constant voltage of 42V, and 100mA cut-off.
When in use, the battery has a continuous discharge current of 20A and a peak discharge current of 60A. The cycle life is around 500 times with a DOD80% rating.
The battery has a built-in BMS (battery management system) that provides protection against over-current, over-discharge, over-charge, and short-circuit. The BMS also ensures balance across the battery cells.
The storage temperature range for the battery is -10-40℃, with a relative humidity range of 45-75% and a pressure range of 86-106KPa. The weight of the battery is approximately 3.5KG or 4.5KG, depending on the capacity.
