The 36V Water Bottle Battery Pack Mini Bottle Ebike Battery is a mini-sized battery pack designed for electric bikes (e-bikes). It has a rated voltage of either 24V or 36V and is available in four different nominal capacities: 5.2Ah, 5.8Ah, 6.8Ah, and 10Ah. The battery chemistry is Li(NiCoMn)O2 18650, which provides a good balance between energy density and safety.
The battery pack is housed in a cuttlefish bottle case with dimensions of 63*75*325mm (21 cell 18650) or 86*86*347mm (20 21700 cell). It weighs approximately 3.5KG.
The battery pack can be charged using either standard or fast charging methods. Standard charging is done at a constant current of 0.2C, constant voltage of 54.6V, and a 100mA cut-off. Fast charging is done at a constant current of 0.5CA, constant voltage of 54.6V, and a 100mA cut-off.
The battery pack can be discharged at a continuous current of 20A or customized to meet specific requirements. It has a peak discharge current of 60A or customized. The battery pack has a lifespan of 500 cycles with a DOD80% and is equipped with BMS function that provides over-current protection, over-discharge protection, over-charge protection, short circuit protection, and balance.
The storage temperature range of the battery pack is -10-40℃, with a relative humidity of 45-75% and a pressure of 86-106KPa.
